1. Where can I find information about CC 175's Annuity, Welfare and/or Pension Plan?
For more detailed information on the Annuity, Welfare, and/or Pension Plan and/or a copy of the Summary Plan Description(SPD) please contact our main office and it will be mailed to you ASAP.
2. When will I receive my Supplemental Unemployment Benefit Check(SUB Check)?
For the Paving Division only, vacation checks are dispursed in July & December of every year.
3. Where can I find a schedule of paid holidays?
Click the ‘Member By Division’ tab on the main menu, then click on the link for your appropriate division on the sub-menu (Ex. Plant Divsion). In the section of this website for your respective division you will find the Paid Holiday Schedule.
4. Where can I find medical claim forms?
Click the ‘Frequently Used Forms’ tab on the main menu. There you will find various medical claim forms that may be printed for your convenience.
5. What do I do if I am out of work & looking for work?
Go to the Main Page of this Website and fill out the form titled ‘Out of Work?’. A representative from CC 175 will contact you ASAP.
6. How do I update my person information (name,address,status, etc) with the Union?
Click the ‘Frequently Used Forms’ tab on the main menu. There you will find the ‘Member Information Form’. Print the form, fill it out and submit to the CC 175 Main office.

Union dues are payable by cash in person ONLY!
Dues can be paid monthly or in advance.
The monthly dues are due on the first day of the month and unless paid on or before the last day of the following month, the member shall be deemed suspended without notice.
There will be a readmission fee for persons who are suspended for nonpayment of dues, assessments or fines to Construction Council and who remain suspended for a period of less than one year. This fee will be in addition to the regular monthly dues charge and will be charged for each month during which the member was suspended.
